We custom-build every net to fit your exact space, whether it’s a residential backyard, a commercial property, an Airbnb, or a public park.

2. What materials do you use?

We use high-strength 550 paracord sourced from trusted Canadian suppliers and 9,500 lbs-rated static rope to ensure maximum durability and safety. To protect the trees, we use custom wood pieces or "treeguards" that prevent girdling, alongside lag eye bolts for secure attachment points where needed.

3. How long do treenets last?

With proper maintenance, our treenets are built to last over 10 years. Every installation includes a 2-year warranty, and we offer maintenance checks upon request to keep your net in prime condition.

4. Where do you operate?

We are based in British Columbia and regularly service projects ranging from Victoria to Calgary, as well as locations across Ontario, Manitoba, and nationwide throughout Canada. We also travel internationally for unique projects.

5. Are treenets safe?

Safety is our absolute priority. We perform thorough tree health assessments, use premium-rated materials, and personally test every finished net (complete with an official backflip test). Our installation team holds professional height-work and safety certifications and follows strict protocols on every job.

6. How does the installation process work?

• Site Evaluation: We assess tree health, layout, ground composition, and your goals. (Trees must be healthy and at least 12 inches in diameter).

• Design & Customization: We tailor the layout, shape, and vision to your specific space.

• Installation: Using certified rigging tools and techniques, we safely construct the treenet.

• Post-Installation: We perform an initial check three weeks post-install and offer annual inspections upon request.

7. How long does an installation take?

Most projects take between 3 to 7 days to complete, depending on the scale and architectural complexity of the design.

Yes. We also design and install indoor loft nets to maximize unique architecture and functional living spaces.

9. What if my trees aren't suitable for a treenet?

If your trees aren't the right fit or aren't available, we can engineer and install custom support posts so you can still enjoy a fully suspended net setup.

10. How much do treenets cost?

Pricing generally starts at $50 per square foot for nets under 6 feet high, and $100 per square foot for installations higher than 6 feet. This covers materials, labor, installation, travel, and custom add-ons. Every project is unique and we believe everyone deserves a treenet and will always do our best to work within your budget.

11. Do you offer payment plans?

Travel costs for site evaluations or maintenance visits outside our main service areas may apply and will always be transparently outlined in your quote.

Our warranty covers material defects and workmanship. Maintenance checks are included during this period, though travel costs for inspections are the customer's responsibility.

14. How do I maintain my treenet?

We recommend periodic visual inspections to ensure everything remains secure. To prolong the life of the net, avoid exposing it to sharp objects or overloading it beyond its weight capacity.

26. Are treenets harmful to wildlife or trees?

Not at all. We take environmental stewardship seriously. Our installation methods use specialized "treeguards" and non-invasive hardware designed to protect tree health and prevent girdling as the trees grow. Because treenets are elevated and non-permanent, they have a minimal footprint on the forest floor, allowing local wildlife to move freely underneath without disruption.
